You may subscribe to the AI-Trading-Signals for the specified subscription fee.

3. Payment

Payment for the subscription is required in advance and is non-refundable. Subscription fees may change, and you will be notified of any such changes.

4. Access and Usage

Upon subscription, you will receive access to the AI-Trading-Signals generated by our AI-Bot.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the AI-Trading-Signals for your personal trading activities.

You may not redistribute, share, or resell the AI-Trading-Signals or any of its components.

You understand that the AI-Trading-Signals are for educational and informational purposes only and should not be considered financial advice.

The AI-Bots past performance is not indicative of future results.

5. Cancellation, Refunds and Affiliate

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of your subscription.

Your affiliation generated income is exclusively available for discounts on your subscription fees.
There is no payout in any kind for affiliate credits.
After one year affiliate credits expire.
This term may be adapted in a separate contract between a third party and Helvetic Crypto.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights associated with the AI-Trading-Signals, including but not limited to signals, scripts, indicators, and documentation, always remain the property of Helvetic Crypto.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

We make no guarantees or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the AI-Trading-Signals for your individual trading needs.

8. Limitation of Liability

Helvetic Crypto shall not be liable for any losses or damages, including but not limited to trading losses, arising from the use or inability to use the AI-Trading-Signals.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your subscription and access to the AI-Trading-Signals at our discretion, with or without cause.

10. Privacy

We collect and use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time, and such changes will be effective upon posting on our website.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland.
